M&L, INC. was established in July 2004.
Attracted by the small size of micro-businesses, we started our own micro-business around 2006.
Micro-businesses are effective in developing businesses that are exciting for the people involved.
Since there are differences in what we want to do and what we enjoy doing, as well as differences in experience and ideas, we can experience many different genres with a small group of people.
It's like anyone who wants to participate in a project can, and we are free to help each other as we go along.
In Hawaii, where our headquarters is located, there is a familiar word "aloha.

The word "ALOHA" has the following meanings when broken down one letter at a time.
A "Akahai" - kindness, consideration
L "Lokahi" - Unity, harmony
O "Oluolu" - agreement, courtesy
H "Ha'aha'a" - modesty, honesty
A "Ahonui" - patience, tenacity
Aloha Spirit, the spirit of kindness and mutual help.

In Okinawa, where our branch office is located, there is a word called "yuimaaru.
This word is also a spirit of mutual help.

In this world, it is not uncommon for us to feel annoyed with human connections.
However, I believe that it is only by "connecting with others" and "being useful to others" that we can feel a sense of being alive.
With the theme of "connection" from Hawaii and Okinawa, we would like to grow into a company that can build trust and mutual help.
